Initially, after receiving the basket and discovering that the product has been damaged, such as a damaged or broken from transportation, the customer should immediately tell the staff to file a product claim. Basketeer will replace the product or replace it with a new product at the same price and will rush to send to consumers as soon as possible. If the consumer desires to request a refund, the following conditions must be met.
– In case the customer receives the product that does not match the purchase order completely. Or the product is greatly damaged during transportation. The company reserves the right to consider on a case-by-case basis, in detail of all or part of the refunds.
– The company will refund the money to the customer. In case that a product cannot be replaced or could not find another product to replace.
– In the event of a refund The customer must provide accounting evidence such as a tax return to the company.  In order to process the reimbursement into the client’s account within a 3–7-day timeframe.
